Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. As part of our brand management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing high-impact digital strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth for our clients. You'll manage a team of digital marketing professionals, work cross-functionally with creative and strategy teams, and ensure the delivery of effective, data-driven marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and brand objectives.
• Campaign Management: Lead the execution of end-to-end digital campaigns across various channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.), ensuring they are on time, on budget, and meet KPIs.
• Brand Management: Work closely with the brand management team to ensure that all digital efforts are consistent with the client's brand identity and voice.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to optimize campaigns, drive continuous improvement, and report on ROI.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster professional growth and high-level performance.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, presenting strategies, campaign results, and new opportunities.
• Budget Management: Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum return on investment (ROI) across campaigns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (creative, content, and strategy) to produce innovative marketing collateral and ensure alignment across all channels.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry developments to keep ADEPTeCOM at the forefront of digital marketing best practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or management role. Previous experience in a brand management or agency environment is highly preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
• Expertise in Digital Marketing: Proven expertise in managing multi-channel campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.), including strategy, execution, and reporting.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.
• Data-Driven: Proficiency in data analytics and marketing performance measurement, with experience in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Facebook Ads Manager, and more.
• Creative Mindset: Ability to think outside the box and deliver innovative solutions that meet client objectives while maintaining brand integrity.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and results clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and client needs.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to work onsite at ADEPTeCOM's office.
• Availability to attend client meetings, workshops, and marketing events as necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
