Summary

We are looking for a DLP Implementation Engineer for an onsite position based in Lahore, preferably with experience in the financial domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in deploying enterprise-grade DLP solutions, including policy design, customization, and integration with data classification tools. Strong technical knowledge, customer-facing skills, and a commitment to punctuality and integrity are essential.

 
Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure enterprise DLP solutions across the organization.

  • Create, customize, and manage DLP policies based on business requirements.

  • Integrate DLP solutions with data classification tools.

  • Analyze network architectures and ensure DLP enforcement on endpoints, networks, and emails.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployment and optimization.

  • Provide training, documentation, and technical support to internal stakeholders.

  • Interface directly with clients and present solutions in a professional manner.

 
Requirements

  • Proven experience in DLP solution implementation, particularly in the financial domain (preferred).

  • Strong hands-on experience with enterprise DLP tools (e.g., Symantec, Forcepoint, Microsoft Purview, McAfee, etc.).

  • In-depth knowledge of data classification and its integration with DLP.

  • Good understanding of network protocols, architectures, and related security components.

  • Familiarity with firewalls, proxy servers, mail architecture, and Active Directory.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills – ability to interact with clients confidently.

  • Relevant certifications in DLP/security/networking will be an advantage.

  • Must demonstrate punctuality, hard work, and integrity as core values.
