We're now looking for a
Flutter Developer Lead
to guide our growing mobile team, set strong technical standards, and help shape the future of cross-platform development at dedev.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of high-performance Flutter applications for iOS and Android.
  • Architect clean, maintainable, and scalable app structures using
    BLoC / Riverpod
    or other clean architecture patterns.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver pixel-perfect user experiences.
  • Review code, mentor junior Flutter developers, and enforce coding best practices.
  • Work on
    native integrations (Swift/Kotlin)
    when required.
  • Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
  • Stay updated with new Flutter releases and introduce improvements to the team.
  • Oversee app deployments to both
    App Store
    and
    Play Store
    .

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional Flutter development experience.
  • Deep understanding of
    Dart
    ,
    Flutter SDK
    , and
    state management
    solutions.
  • Experience integrating
    Firebase
    ,
    REST APIs
    ,
    GraphQL
    , and
    third-party SDKs
    .
  • Familiarity with
    CI/CD pipelines
    , Git, and version control best practices.
  • Strong grasp of mobile app lifecycles, app architecture, and asynchronous programming.
  • Leadership experience, ability to guide, mentor, and make strong technical decisions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
