𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 – 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗿𝘂𝘀

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Manage and execute international sourcing operations, ensuring timely procurement and delivery.

• Handle freight forwarding, import/export clearance, and inbound transportation processes.

• Maintain a clear understanding of Incoterms 2020, Import Policy, SROs, and PCT Codes.

• Oversee EIF filing, establishment of LCs and import contracts.

• Develop and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with suppliers, freight forwarders, clearing agents, and transporters.

• Conduct P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and E2E (End-to-End) process analysis to improve efficiency.

• Collaborate with finance, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in imports, sourcing, and logistics operations.

• Strong understanding of trade compliance and import documentation.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
