Position Title: Manager Corporate Communication

Job Purpose

  • To manage the development and end-to-end execution of marketing communications strategies that support segment-focused objectives. A core responsibility of this role is content creation in English — including drafting, reviewing, and refining internal communications, video scripts, social media assets, and other marketing collateral — ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Key Result Areas

  • Develop and maintain a consistent communications strategy across all channels.
  • Manage content development for internal communications, video scripts, social media, and marketing assets.
  • Monitor and document competitor communications strategies, especially those targeting key segments or niche markets.

Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working Relationships

  • Working with Segment and Product Managers, Sales Management, Customer / market Research, Retail Credit Centre, Operations and the Marketing Committee.
  • Needs to have a high degree of interaction with external agencies to deliver high quality campaigns.

Problem Solving

  • Mostly dealing with selection of media and communication channels.

Decision Making Authority & Responsibility

  • Responsible for managing the communications budget along with Segment Managers.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Exceptional English content writing and editing skills across formats, including internal communications, video scripts, social media assets, and marketing collateral.
  • Ability to adapt tone and messaging for diverse audiences and platforms.
  • Clear, effective writing and communication style with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong storytelling ability and creative thinking to bring brand narratives to life.
  • Experience in developing content calendars and aligning messaging with strategic objectives.
  • Familiarity with content performance metrics and optimization techniques.
  • Organized team leader with the ability to manage multiple projects and remain calm under pressure.
  • 4 to 8 years of copywriting experience or significant marketing experience, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200, Rs330,000.00 per month
