Position : BD Cold Email Internship Leading To Job

Location: Onsite – PGECHS Society , PIA Road Lahore

Timings : 11- 8 Morning

Type: Paid Internship leading to job

Duration: 3 Months (with potential for extension or full-time role)

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Intern who has a basic understanding of cold emailing, outreach, and proposal writing. The ideal candidate should be familiar with key
BD tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, and CRM platforms
, and be eager to learn how to apply them in
real client acquisition workflows.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients through
    LinkedIn
    and other platforms.
  • Use Sales Navigator to filter and target relevant leads.
  • Create and manage
    cold email campaigns for outreach.
  • Draft and refine business proposals for clients.
  • Maintain lead information and progress in
    CRM
    systems
    (HubSpot/Apollo/etc.).
  • Support the BD team with daily tasks, follow-ups, and client communication.
  • Assist in developing strategies to improve lead generation and conversion.

  • Basic knowledge of cold emailing, proposals, and outreach tactics.
  • Familiarity with tools like Sales
    Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo
    , and email
    warm-up or automation tools.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured environment and meet deadlines.
  • A learning mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Interest in Business Development, Sales, and Marketing.
