Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Quality located in Faisalabad. The Assistant Manager Quality will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and control processes. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting inspections, supervising testing procedures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role will involve working closely with the production team to identify and address quality-related issues and continuously improve product quality and process efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control principles
  • Experience with quality management systems and standards compliance
  • Proficiency in conducting inspections and supervising testing procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting
