Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Truck Dispatcher under the USA Campaign, located in Lahore. The Truck Dispatcher will manage daily operations including coordinating with carriers, scheduling and dispatching drivers, and monitoring shipment schedules. Responsibilities also involve resolving transportation issues, maintaining compliance with regulations, and providing excellent communication between clients, carriers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for resolving daily client and carrier inquiries
  • Proficiency in dispatch software and logistics systems; knowledge of scheduling and routing principles
  • Time management, organizational, and multitasking skills to manage complex schedules and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of regulations and compliance standards in freight brokerage and transportation
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address operational and logistical challenges
  • Experience in dispatching for US-based freight or logistics is a plus
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English; additional language skills are an advantage
