Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM

Job Description:

TJS StudySteps is a trusted student consulting firm dedicated to guiding students through the process of studying abroad, with a special focus on opportunities in Malaysia. We are currently looking for a Student Counsellor to join our team and provide professional guidance and support to students seeking international education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about study programs in Malaysia
  • Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with prospective students
  • Assist students with the application and admission process
  • Maintain records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and enrolments
  • Liaise with educational institutions and partners abroad
  • Ensure timely responses to student queries via phone, email, and in person
  • Attend training sessions and stay updated on visa requirements and education trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Education, International Relations, or relevant field preferred)
  • Prior experience in student counselling or education consulting (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Well-organised with good time management skills

Location:

Office-based role at Gulberg 3, M.M. Alam Road, Lahore

Interview Schedule:

Walk-in interviews will be conducted on-site Tuesday and Wednesday between 12:00 PM to 05:00 PM.
