Position Purpose
The HR Specialist is responsible for maintaining personnel documentation and supporting recruitment processes in compliance with company policies and local labor legislation. The role ensures accurate HR record-keeping and effective staffing of the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
Personnel Administration / HR Documentation:
Maintain employee personal files, contracts, and HR records in accordance with labor legislation and company standards.
Prepare HR-related documents (employment contracts, addenda, orders, termination papers, vacation/sick leave records, etc.).
Ensure timely and accurate updates of HR databases and HR information systems.
Monitor compliance with labor law requirements, internal regulations, and corporate policies.
Provide HR-related reports to management and external authorities as required.
Recruitment & Selection:
Coordinate the full cycle of recruitment (job posting, CV screening, interviewing, candidate selection, job offer preparation).
Liaise with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
Organize and conduct candidate interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
Manage communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
General HR Support:
Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Provide guidance to employees on HR-related procedures and policies.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
