Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer to take ownership of critical product features and engineering challenges across our platform. You'll work across both front-end and back-end systems, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance services.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering & Development

• Develop and maintain high-quality, modular, and testable code using (backend) and with Redux Toolkit and SWR (frontend).
• Design and implement scalable backend services, REST APIs, and integrations with third-party providers (e.g., payment gateways, OCR/AI services).
• Write performant and responsive UI components using PrimeReact and modern JavaScript/TypeScript patterns.
• Implement secure authentication, role-based access control, and session management using AWS Cognito.
• Optimize database queries and data structures using MongoDB (Atlas) and Mongoose ORM.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.

Architecture & Design

• Participate in system design discussions, define architectural standards, and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with DevOps and product teams to support CI/CD pipelines via Azure, performance monitoring, and secure deployments.
• Proactively manage tech debt and propose refactors or redesigns to improve long-term maintainability.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with the Head of Engineering, Product Owner, and QA to deliver end-to-end features in agile sprints.
• Provide mentorship and code reviews for mid/junior developers, sharing best practices and patterns.
• Support QA and DevOps in debugging production issues and improving reliability and observability.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 5–7 years of full stack development experience, including at least 2+ years in senior/lead capacity.
• Languages/Frameworks: Proficiency in TypeScript, , , Redux Toolkit, SWR, and Mongoose.
• Database: Experience with MongoDB (especially hosted on Atlas), including schema design and aggregation pipelines.
• DevOps: Strong grasp of CI/CD (preferably Azure Pipelines), and deployment via Azure App Services or similar.
• Authentication: Experience with AWS Cognito, session management, and security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, etc.).
• Best Practices: Familiar with TDD/BDD, RESTful API design, and scalable microservices.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Experience in agile teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in travel-tech, fintech, or high-growth SaaS platforms.
• Exposure to AI/ML pipelines, OCR integrations, or workflow automation.
• Familiarity with i18n, multi-tenant platforms, or complex form builders.
