Position: PR & Marketing Executive

Location: Karachi (on-site)

Type: Full-time

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist located in Karachi. The Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing customer service activities, and enhancing communication efforts. The role involves creating and maintaining a positive public image for ZMT through various channels, including media and community outreach.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute PR and marketing strategies to strengthen the organization's visibility.
  • Manage social media platforms, campaigns, and content calendars.
  • Build relationships with media, influencers, and community partners.
  • Draft press releases, newsletters, and impact stories.
  • Support awareness campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience (NGO or social sector experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in social media strategy and content creation.
  • A proactive, creative, and mission-driven mindset.
