this past year and are now looking for a strategic thinker to own the growth of our clients' channels.

The Role: Own the Growth

You are not just a writer; you are a
growth strategist.
Your primary KPI is helping our clients' channels rank, gain views, and increase watch time. You will manage the entire content strategy pipeline from concept to fact-checked script, working closely with our editing team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Channel Strategy & Topic Generation (60%):

  2. Conduct deep
    niche research
    (primarily faceless channels in finance, history, pop culture, etc.).

  3. Utilize tools (TubeBuddy, VidIQ, Google Trends) to identify
    high-ranking, low-competition video topics
    for our client channels.

  4. Develop
    compelling hooks, titles, and thumbnail concepts
    that maximize Click-Through Rate (CTR).

  5. AI-Assisted Scriptwriting (30%):

  6. Write engaging, long-form and short-form (Shorts) video scripts optimized for watch time.

  7. Crucially,
    you must be proficient in using
    AI tools (e.g., GPT-4, Claude)
    to accelerate initial drafting, but your expertise is in
    editing, refining, and injecting a unique creative voice.

  8. Perform rigorous
    fact-checking and source verification
    on all scripts to maintain high quality and authority.

  9. Process Management & Communication (10%):

  10. Collaborate daily with our Director of Marketing (for strategic review) and our Technical Director (for workflow integration).

  11. Maintain the content calendar and ensure scripts are delivered
    on time
    to the editing team.

  • Proven Strategy Experience:
    You have tangible experience growing a YouTube channel or consulting on strategy (portfolio examples required).
  • Research & Ranking Skills:
    You understand YouTube SEO, topical authority, and how to structure a script to keep viewers engaged past the 5-minute mark.
  • AI Proficiency:
    You view AI as an
    assistant,
    not a replacement. Your value is in transforming AI-generated drafts into compelling, human-grade content.
  • Extreme Attention to Detail:
    Given the faceless and VSL work, fact-checking and precision are non-negotiable.
