English Lecturer

Midland College of Health Sciences is looking for a qualified and passionate English Lecturer (MPhil) to join our academic faculty. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, and the ability to engage students in developing their English language, literature, and communication competencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate students English language and literature courses.
• Prepare and deliver lectures, lesson plans, and academic material.
• Assess, evaluate, and provide feedback on students' performance.
• Support students in improving academic writing and communication skills.
• Participate in academic meetings, curriculum development, and departmental activities.
• Contribute to research and academic development of the department.

Requirements:

• MPhil in English (Literature or Linguistics) from an HEC-recognized university.
• 2 Years of Teaching experience at college/university level will be preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to motivate and mentor students effectively.
• Commitment to academic excellence and professional ethics.
