Polani Textiles is looking for a strategic and proactive LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist to fuel our global B2B sales—targeting clients across Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and connect with relevant B2B prospects (e.g., sourcing managers, importers, retailers) on LinkedIn
• Create personalized outreach sequences aligned with our tone and product range
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools to manage outreach campaigns
• Maintain daily targets (e.g., 50+ new connections/messages)
• Schedule meetings for the Business Development team
• Report on key outreach metrics (response rates, conversions, etc.)
• Research industries like hospitality, retail, or wholesale and tailor messaging accordingly
• Keep lead pipelines updated and organized in CRM or Google Sheets
You Should Have:
• Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business, or related fields)
• 1–3 years in LinkedIn outreach, B2B lead generation, or international sales
• Excellent written English (clear, professional & persuasive)
• Familiarity with outreach/CRM tools (e.g., Waalaxy, Dripify, HubSpot, Apollo)
• Understanding of B2B sales funnels—preferably in textiles/home goods
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
Bonus If You Have:
• Worked with textile/home textile exporters
• Knowledge of international certifications (OEKO-TEX, BSCI, etc.)
• Experience in A/B testing and improving outreach scripts
