We're looking to expand our sales force with talented and experienced female professionals who understand the dynamics of Karachi's real estate market.

Position Overview:

We're seeking experienced female sales executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in housing project sales, exceptional communication skills, and a client-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell residential plots to walk-in and referred clients.
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
  • Conduct on-site and in-office client meetings and presentations.
  • Maintain records of leads and sales activity through CRM.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and expos.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience (preferably in Karachi housing projects like Bahria Town, DHA, ASF City, etc.).
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and presentable.
  • Proficient in WhatsApp, social media, and CRM software.
  • Female candidates only.
