Position: Assistant Manager – QC
Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our Quality Assurance department as an Assistant Manager – Quality Control. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in quality control, particularly within the skin care and natural products segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and implement QC procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee quality checks during production and post-production stages.
- Prepare and maintain QC documentation and reports.
- Work closely with production and R&D teams to ensure consistent product quality.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Monitor raw material and finished goods quality.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: M.Sc. / B.Sc. / Master's degree or Graduation in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or relevant sciences.
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven experience in quality control within the skin care and natural product industry.
- Strong understanding of quality standards, testing methods, and regulatory compliance.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Rs120,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
