  • You've spent a minimum of £500,000 in Ad Spend before
  • You can provide 3 case studies of accounts you have directly managed
  • You have run Meta or Google Ads for a charity before (bonus)

The Basics

  • Full-time (40 hours+) Monday to Friday
  • Office is in Kickstart Gulberg
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing & speaking)
  • 2 Month probationary period
  • £250-£450 monthly salary
  • Must be available during UK hours but flexible working hours

About The Role 

Ad Management 

  • You will launch ads on Google, Meta, TikTok
  • You will manage ads ad accounts for 10-15 clients at any given time
  • You will handle budgets in access of £500,000 a month
  • Every day you will optimise the ad account to ensure the client is getting the best ROAS
  • You will follow the media buying plan set out by the Head of Performance
  • You must ensure client budgets are not exceeded
  • You will test new audiences, creatives, URLs, Ad Copy and bidding strategies

Reporting   

  • You will set up GTM, GA4 and Meta Pixel (Dataset) when onboarding a new client
  • You will provide insights for winning ad creatives so the Creative Team can create more winning content
  • You will provide weekly reports on all KPIs for winning creative, audiences and tests
