Sindhi Teacher

Job Summary

The Sindhi Teacher is responsible for teaching Sindhi language, grammar, reading, writing, and literature to middle-grade students. The teacher will design engaging lessons that help students develop strong language skills while promoting appreciation of Sindhi culture, values, and heritage.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Sindhi language lessons according to the school curriculum for grades 6–8.
• Teach reading comprehension, creative writing, grammar, vocabulary, and literature.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, quizzes, and assessments to evaluate student learning.
• Encourage students to speak, read, and write Sindhi confidently and correctly.
• Integrate Sindhi poetry, stories, and cultural activities to develop interest in the subject.
• Maintain updated student performance records and share progress with parents and school administration.
• Provide additional academic support to students who need help improving their language skills.
• Create a positive and disciplined learning environment in the classroom.
• Participate in academic meetings, training sessions, and school events.
• Promote cultural understanding and celebrate Sindhi traditions through class activities and events.
• Ensure adherence to school policies, academic standards, and code of conduct.
• Collaborate with other subject teachers to support overall student development.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Sindhi, Education, or a related field.
• Previous teaching experience in middle or primary grades (preferred).
• Strong command of Sindhi language (reading, writing, grammar).
• Good classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to design engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Passion for Sindhi culture, literature, and language development.
