About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Go Developer with hands-on experience in building scalable and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a services-based software company, handling multiple client-driven projects with strict timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain high-quality backend services and APIs using Golang.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, DevOps, Project Managers) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions, design decisions, and code reviews.
  • Work on deadline-driven projects for multiple clients in different industries.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and bring new ideas for improving project delivery.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of professional experience as a Golang developer.
  • Strong understanding of Go routines, channels, and concurrency patterns.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, and microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization/orchestration tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in deadline-driven service environments.
  • Prior experience in a services-based software company is highly preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
  • Understanding of frontend technologies (React, Vue, or Angular) for integration purposes.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
