We are seeking a skilled and self-driven Power BI Developer to design, develop, and manage end-to-end BI solutions. This mid-level role requires hands-on expertise in Power BI, the ability to independently handle client-facing responsibilities, and ownership of project delivery from requirement gathering to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular meetings with clients to gather and clarify reporting requirements.
- Present prototypes, gather feedback, and iterate reports accordingly.
- Manage client expectations, communicate timelines, and provide status updates.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.
- Extract data from diverse sources including SQL Server, Excel, and cloud platforms.
- Design data models optimized for performance and usability.
- Create and manage data flows, datasets, and relationships within Power BI.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of reports and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot slow reports, optimize DAX queries, and manage data refresh schedules.
- Take full ownership of assigned BI projects.
- Define project milestones, ensure adherence to timelines, and coordinate tasks end-to-end.
- Document solutions, create user manuals, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
- Implement appropriate security (RLS) and manage user roles within Power BI Service.
- Ensure data privacy and compliance per project requirements.​

Requirements Proven 3+ years of experience in Power BI report and dashboard development.
- Strong command of DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling.
- Experience in managing client relationships independently.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and data extraction.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI Service, including workspace management and publishing.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Strong communication and documentation skills Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300).
