Job Description:

Bore and Bore is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3–4 years of proven experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to translate ideas into visually engaging designs across digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and create compelling visuals for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, print material, branding, and advertising.
  • Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines across all design outputs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to meet creative objectives.
  • Design visuals for UI/UX elements, presentations, brochures, logos, packaging, and more.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure a fresh and modern visual approach.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and aligned with the brand identity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Media Sciences, Arts, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
  • Strong portfolio is mandatory (applications without portfolio will not be considered).
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • All candidates need to go through an initial test before the first interview.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with animation, video editing, or motion graphics is a plus.
  • Knowledge of print production processes.
  • Familiarity with web design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) is a bonus.
