Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Booker for a full-time on-site role in Lahore. The Order Booker will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders efficiently, ensuring a smooth order fulfillment process, and maintaining accurate order records. They will also handle customer inquiries, provide excellent service, and contribute to a seamless shopping experience for customers. Additionally, the Order Booker will collaborate with the team to optimize order management and contribute to improving operations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to monitor, evaluate, and improve order management workflows
• Proficiency in order management and order processing to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and collaborate effectively with team members
• Customer service skills to provide professional and timely assistance to customers
• Organization and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in sales or order booking is a plus
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems is ideal
