About the Role:

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Motion & Visual Designer to bring our brand to life across video, animation, and static design. You'll craft short-form motion content, social assets, and marketing visuals that captivate, inform, and convert - collaborating closely with the marketing team. 

What you will do:

Motion Design:

  • Concept, storyboard, and produce short-form animations for LinkedIn, product launches, and events.
  • Design micro-interactions and lightweight UI animations (e.g., Lottie/web animations) for product and web.
  • Edit and version videos; add motion graphics, lower thirds, captions, and sound design as needed.
  • Export deliverables optimized by channel (ratios, lengths, codecs), maintaining high quality at small file sizes.

Visual/Brand Design:

  • Create visually compelling print and event materials (flyers, brochures, booklets, booth displays).
  • Design high-impact social graphics, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
  • Build and optimize on-brand email templates and campaign visuals.
  • Uphold and evolve brand guidelines; create reusable component libraries and templates.

Collaboration & Process:

  • Partner with marketing, product, and sales to clarify goals, audiences, and success metrics.
  • Present concepts and rationale clearly; iterate quickly based on feedback.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines, maintaining version control and tidy files.
  • Hand off production-ready files with specs, source files, and usage notes.

What you will bring:

  • 2–4 years of experience in motion/visual or graphic design.
  • A strong portfolio
    and motion reel

showcasing animation, video edits, and static design.
- Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), plus Figma.
- Solid grasp of animation principles, typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for social (especially LinkedIn) and email; understanding of channel best practices.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
