Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Officer located in Faisalabad District. The Field Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily agricultural operations, providing technical assistance and training to farmers, and ensuring the implementation of best practices in farming. Additional responsibilities include monitoring crop health, collecting field data, and preparing reports on agricultural activities. The Field Officer will work closely with the local farming community to enhance productivity and sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and crop management
  • Experience in providing technical assistance and training to farmers
  • Ability to monitor crop health and collect field data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the local farming community
  • Relevant degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
