AccuFix Cosmetics is looking for a
Google Ads Specialist
to join our in-house marketing team in Lahore. You'll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns that convert — from Search and Shopping to YouTube and Display.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube).
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and overall performance.
  • Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with the design team for creative assets.
  • Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and suggest actionable insights.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Google Ads trends, policies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the SEO, content, and sales teams to align ad strategy with brand goals.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (eCommerce experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Merchant Center.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Google Ads certification is a plus.
