The Division:
empowOR by CSST, a part of Jonas, a web-based client, services, and results tracking software for Community Action Agencies, non-profits, and local governments. Their software is designed to help these organizations manage their daily operations, track client progress, and report on outcomes. It supports a "Whole Family" approach to case management.
The Position
We are looking to hire a strong SQA Analyst having hands-on experience and expertise in manual and automation testing, to help ensure high quality and timely delivery of releases.

The successful hire will be located and work out of the Contour Software Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad office, working as part of the resource-center team, as an extension of the division-based R&D department.

Responsibilities:

• Attend design meetings with stakeholders and developers helping to refine acceptance criteria for user stories.

• Develop test plans based on user stories and acceptance criteria and entering these into Azure DevOps.

• Meet with other QA staff and managers as necessary.

• Perform comprehensive testing of code to be released.

• Responsible for automating some testing using playwright or other tools in conjunction with Azure Dev Ops.

• Participate in strategic initiatives and support company-wide data-related projects as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or related discipline.

• 3+ years of experience in software QA, with expertise in both manual and automated testing.

• Understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) platform.

• Experience in writing QA plans and/or technical documentation.

• Knowledge of using Playwright or similar tools for automation and familiarity with other testing frameworks.

• Able to develop automate, execute, and analyze automated test scripts.

• Excellent organizational skills – have the ability for timely decision-making, problem-solving, and execution of a number of complex tasks in a deadline-oriented environment.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and recommend effective solutions.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with web applications and SQL

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps

• Software support/Help desk experience

• Knowledge of CRM systems
