Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Polymer Engineer, located in Gujranwala. The Polymer Engineer will be responsible for developing, designing, and optimizing polymer materials used in our LED lighting products. Daily tasks include conducting research and development, overseeing extrusion processes, and ensuring that polymer products meet quality and performance standards. The Polymer Engineer will also collaborate with other engineers and departments to support continuous innovation in product development.
Qualifications
- Skills in Polymer Engineering, Polymers, and Polymer Science
- 2+ years of experience in Research and Development (R&D) and Extrusion processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Polymer Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the lighting or manufacturing industry is a plus
