Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Expert to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, design eye-catching visuals using Canva, participate in SEO activities, and implement strategies to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update company social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging posts, stories, and short-form videos.
  • Design high-quality graphics, banners, and marketing materials using Canva.
  • Assist in SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and basic content improvements.
  • Monitor social media trends, insights, and competitor activity to enhance content strategy.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries on all social platforms.
  • Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns and promotional content.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 year of experience managing social media platforms for brands or businesses.
  • Strong skills in Canva and basic graphic designing.
  • Understanding of SEO basics and digital marketing concepts.
  • Excellent writing skills for captions and content creation.
  • Ability to create engaging content and stay updated with platform trends.
  • Strong communication, time management, and creativity.
