Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Customer Sales Representative for an on-site position located in Lahore. In this role, you will engage with potential and existing customers, understand their needs, and effectively present products or services to meet those needs. Key responsibilities include maintaining customer accounts, managing inquiries, resolving concerns, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional service. You will play a pivotal role in representing the company and building long-lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service and sales with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to understand customer requirements, address inquiries effectively, and provide tailored solutions
  • Proficiency in creating reports, analyzing data, and maintaining sales records
  • Time management, multitasking skills, and a goal-oriented approach
  • A positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to meet sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools is a plus
  • Availability to work on-site in Lahore
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
