Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Backend PHP Developer located on-site in Lahore. As a Backend PHP Developer you will be working on SAAS based stack with the responsibility of developing and maintaining APIs that power the platform. You will play a critical role in ensuring the integration of front-end features with back-end services, as well as troubleshooting bugs and issues related to the platform, and helping to shape technical roadmaps and implementation plans.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with PHP, Laravel, Codignitor 4 and Lumen.
  • Extensive knowledge of RESTful API design, implementation, and testing for multi purpose applications with strong understanding of the security points. OAuth mechanism would be a plus.
  • Have strong knowledge of Databases like (Mysql, MSSQL, NoSQL).
  • Proficiency in Git workflow or at least have working knowledge of Version Controlling with Git or Tortoise.
  • Should be able to switch between different languages.
  • Applicants must be able to integrate IMS with different platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Ability to write clean and modular code with good documentation
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills to support collaboration within cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
  • Ability to work in a challenging and dynamic environment with a drive to learn and improve.
