Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Timings: 11am-8pm

About the Role:

We are looking for a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Supply Chain who is passionate about operations, procurement, and logistics. The ideal candidate will assist in managing end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in procurement activities, vendor coordination, and purchase order management.
  • Support inventory planning, stock reconciliation, and warehouse operations.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth material flow and on-time deliveries.
  • Maintain supply chain documentation and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and follow up on deliveries with suppliers and logistics partners.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
