We Are Hiring – Export Documentation Officer

Khairpur Foods International — one of Pakistan's leading dates processors and exporters — is expanding its export operations. We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Export Documentation Officer to join our growing team.

Role Overview

You will handle all pre- and post-shipment documentation, coordinate with international logistics partners, and ensure smooth export operations for our global markets (USA, Europe, Middle East, Far East).

Primary Responsibilities

Prepare complete export documentation sets

Book shipments with shipping lines & airlines

Handle Form-E, bank negotiation documents & LC requirements

Maintain export data, dispatch samples, and support audit requirements

Communicate with customers regarding shipment updates

Ensure compliance with international standards: BRC, Halal, Sedex, Organic

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (Commerce, Business, Logistics, or related field)

• 1–3 years of relevant experience

• Strong communication skills (written & spoken English)

• Hands-on knowledge of export procedures, SDS, COO, Incoterms

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines

• Experience in the food export industry is a plus
