Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Karāchi for an Admission Advisor. The Admission Advisor will work closely with prospective students and parents, offering guidance throughout the admissions process. Key responsibilities will include student recruitment activities, conducting tours, providing information on the institution's programs, delivering excellent customer service, and meeting enrollment targets. The role may also require training sessions to stay updated on admission policies and contributing to sales efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Experience in Student Recruiting and Training, including outreach to potential students and conducting informational sessions.
• Proven skills in Sales to meet enrollment targets and promote the institution's offerings.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and prior experience in an academic or admissions environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in using technology and CRM systems to manage inquiries and maintain accurate records.
• A positive attitude and a passion for education and student
