Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Baker, located in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Baker will be responsible for daily tasks including preparing and baking a variety of bread, cookies, and other baked goods. Additionally, the Baker will participate in food preparation and ensure that high standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained in the kitchen.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience in Bakery and Baking
  • Knowledge of basic food hygiene practices (cross-contamination prevention, cooking/holding temperatures)
  • Familiarity with cleaning and sanitation standards for kitchen equipment's.
  • Ability to follow HACCP-based SOPs in kitchen operations
  • Understanding of allergen management and proper labelling
  • Certification in food safety levek-2 or Basic Food Hygiene
  • Skilled in Food Preparation involving bread and cookies
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards in food quality
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
