Position Overview: Qureshi Group is seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to promote Qureshi Group's products and services.
  • Create and manage social media content calendar.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities.
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages.
  • Create engaging content including text, image, and video for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage all social media accounts, including daily posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy to ensure Qureshi Group remains at the forefront of social media innovation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives and objectives.
  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.

· Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.

· Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.

· Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.

· Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.

· Passion for the beauty industry and a keen interest in staying updated with beauty trends.
