The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting visually stunning and engaging video content for our clients. As a Senior Video Editor, you will work closely with the production team and be responsible for editing, color correction, and sound design of documentary and YouTube content.
Responsibilities:
- Edit high-quality video content for documentaries and YouTube videos.
- Collaborate with creative manager to ensure that the final product aligns with the client's vision.
- Select and assemble the most effective shots to create a compelling narrative.
- Create rough and final cuts of videos.
- Manage media and project files throughout the entire editing process.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, and to the highest quality.
- Continuously explore new editing techniques and technologies to improve efficiency and creativity.
Qualifications & Experience
- Preferably Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Mass communications or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in video editing with a focus on documentaries and YouTube videos.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Strong knowledge of color correction and sound design.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
