We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Onsite Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for a variety of projects, including marketing materials, website graphics, social media content, and print collateral. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and deliver high-quality design solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualization and Design: Develop creative concepts and design solutions for a wide range of projects, from initial sketches to final deliverables.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all design materials.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver effective designs.
  • Production: Prepare and finalize design files for print and digital platforms, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Image Editing and Manipulation: Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal and ensure consistency.
  • Layout and Typography: Design layouts and select typography that effectively communicates the intended message.
  • Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and techniques.
  • Presentations: Present design concepts and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
  • File Management: Maintain organized design files and assets.
  • Print Production Coordination: If needed, coordinate with print vendors to ensure accurate and timely production of print materials.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Software Proficiency: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Knowledge of other design tools is a plus.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and projects.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a strong eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  • Knowledge of print production and digital design best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with graphics or video editing.
  • Knowledge of web design principles.
  • Experience in Graphic Designing
