Role Description

This is a 06 months contract base role for a Officer in HSE department at S. Zia-ul-Haq & Sons (Pvt.) Ltd located in Quetta Baluchistan. The role involves overseeing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and advising on HSE matters. The Senior Executive will collaborate with internal teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

· To perform HSE food safety related inspections & audits at sites & different company locations. To conduct trainings/tbts/GCM'S as per requirement.

· Develop & maintain site HSE MS in line with RDMC HSE expectation.

· Lead & maintain site HSE inspections, reporting, training & incident investigations.

· Perform sites, delivery, vehicle inspections conduct vendors HSE Audits, prepare emergency plan & conduct emergency drills at regular intervals.

· Perform all type of client & head office required reporting on timely basis, represent & participate in client HSE meetings.

· Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.

· Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken to mitigate risks.

· Coordinate and conduct safety training programs for employees, to promote awareness and compliance with safety procedures.

· Keep abreast of changes in health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards and ensure organizational compliance.

· Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization by fostering open communication, conducting regular safety meetings, and recognizing achievements in HSE performance.

· Participate in internal and external audits to assess HSE compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.

· Provide guidance and support to ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including waste management, pollution prevention, and sustainability initiatives.

· Prepare and submit HSE reports to management, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders as required.

Skills:

· In-depth knowledge of applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, HACCP, ISO

· IOSH and NEBOSH certification

· Must aware regarding firefighting & food safety

· Must be Computer literate

· Good Interpersonal Skills

· Good oral & written communication skills

· Must aware in Baluchi/Brohi language

· Good Negotiation Skills

Experience

· Minimum 1 to 3 year as team leader HSE Department

· A background or working in ISO and or HACCP environment would be preferred

Qualification

· Bachelor's Science (B.E, Bsc).
