The ideal candidate will create a positive and engaging classroom environment that supports children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities. Foster creativity, independence, and confidence in young learners. Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment. Communicate effectively with parents about student progress and needs. Incorporate Montessori and nature-based approaches into daily teaching. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education / Montessori training (preferred). Previous experience as a preschool or early years teacher. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children.
