Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations within the office.
  • Inspect and maintain lighting, wiring, power outlets, and electrical panels.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in office equipment and systems.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for major electrical works or system upgrades.
  • Maintain records of electrical inspections, maintenance activities, and equipment performance.
  • Report potential electrical hazards promptly to the management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Diploma / Certificate in Electrical Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an electrician (preferably in an office or facility maintenance setup).
  • Strong knowledge of wiring, lighting, and power distribution systems.
