About the Position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing user-facing features for web applications, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience. Proficiency in React, template design, and SendGrid integration is essential. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, and QA testers, to deliver high-quality, responsive, and performant front-end solutions aligned with business objectives.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web interfaces using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Create and implement reusable UI components and templates to ensure consistent design across applications.

• Integrate SendGrid for email template design and delivery, ensuring compatibility and functionality.

• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow between front-end and back-end systems.

• Work closely with designers to translate wireframes, mockups, and UI/UX designs into functional code.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to align development with project goals.

• Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and maintainability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Maintain clear documentation of code, components, and integration processes for future reference.

• Stay updated with the latest front-end development trends, tools, and technologies to suggest improvements.

• Collaborate with QA testers to ensure features meet functional and design requirements.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 2-5 years of experience as a Frontend Developer, preferably in web application development.

• Strong expertise in React, including component-based architecture, state management (e.g., Redux, Context API), and hooks.

• Proficiency in template design, creating reusable and responsive UI components with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience with SendGrid for designing and integrating email templates and managing email delivery workflows.

• Solid understanding of front-end development tools, such as Webpack, Babel, or Vite.

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git for collaborative development.

• Ability to work in cross-functional teams, collaborating with developers, designers, and stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in delivering pixel-perfect UI.

• Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles for mobile and desktop compatibility.

• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts and collaborate effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript for type-safe JavaScript development.

• Familiarity with modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material-UI.

• Experience with cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) for front-end deployment.

• Knowledge of additional front-end frameworks or libraries (e.g., , Angular).
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress for front-end testing.

• Experience working with international clients or distributed teams.

Education

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
