Content Writer

You will oversee the brand identity and communicationsapproach, ensuring our content accurately and compellingly tells the story ofour expertise in data management, digital platforms, and seamless migrationsolutions. This role requires a unique blend of strategic storytelling and technicalunderstanding. The focus is on activating the brand in a distinct, data -driven,and highly credible way, leveraging strong verbal and visual mechanics todisrupt the complex digital services space. The position covers all marketing disciplines required in the development andexecution of content strategy, campaigns, and brand initiatives that willpositively impact brand trust, SEO rankings, and overall market share. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Brand Strategy & Content Integrity·       Deliver a consistent digital brand identity,tone of voice, and technical narrative that aligns with brand guidelines.·       Share and nurture The Migration's story,celebrating our values and data -driven ethos through written, verbal, andvisual content across all platforms.·       Ensure content accuracy and integrity,particularly when discussing complex data processes or migration solutions. Campaign & Content Execution·       Campaign Management: Collaborate with themarketing and product teams to align content with service launches, platformupdates, and sales goals.·       Content Creation: Write/edit SEO -optimised blogposts, platform copy, solution descriptions, email campaigns, and social mediacontent (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).·       Social Media: Oversee organic social content andstrategy, focusing on channels that drive professional engagement and brandauthority. Performance, Data, & Analytics ·       Google Search Console (GSC): Utilize GSCand other web analytics tools to actively monitor content performance, identifySEO opportunities, and inform strategic content adjustments.·       Performance + Reporting: Analyse brand metricdata (traffic, search rankings, referral metrics, social engagement) toevaluate content and service performance vs. targets, providing actionable,data -backed insights to the broader team.·       Oversee the community management of all brandsocial media channels, ensuring professional and accurate responses to publiccommentary and direct inquiries.  RequirementsEXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Essential Qualifications·       Tertiary qualifications in Communications,Journalism, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field from a well -knowninstitution.·       3 to 5 years of proven experience inwriting and editing content across various digital formats (e.g., web, email,professional articles), with a strong focus on technical clarity, SEO, andaudience engagement.·       Demonstrable knowledge of data principles includingdata structures, content migration challenges, data governance, or digitalasset management.Preferred Skills & Knowledge·       Direct experience utilizing Google SearchConsole for detailed content performance analysis, keyword gapidentification, and technical SEO monitoring.·       Digital services, data migration, SaaS, orB2B technology industry experience preferred.·       High level of proficiency with creativecopywriting, specifically turning complex technical concepts into clear,engaging, and authoritative content.·       High level of proficiency with social mediachannels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.) and proven experiencecreating engaging social media content including design, video, and copy.·       Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and videoediting software is preferred. Personal Attributes·       Comfortable juggling multiple projects andworking to tight deadlines in a fast -paced environment.·       Ability to work collaboratively andindividually.·       Self -motivated, honest, and reliable, withstrong organisational skills.
