Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Surgical Coordinator role based in Islamabad. The Surgical Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling surgeries, verifying insurance coverage, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring a seamless process for patients. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service and clear communication to address patient inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Surgery Scheduling and familiarity with Medical Terminology
  • Experience with Insurance Verification and handling insurance processes
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage schedules effectively
  • Prior experience in healthcare or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
