Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only possess strong graphic design skills but will also have the ability to effectively communicate brand messages across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design:
  • Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for digital and print materials.
  • Develop eye-catching designs for marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Curate engaging and shareable content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Design and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create and schedule posts, considering the target audience and platform-specific best practices.
  • Content Creation:
  • Produce compelling visual content, including infographics, banners, and illustrations, to support social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual elements with overall content strategy.
  • Brand Consistency:
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all design and social media activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand guidelines in all visual materials.
  • Stay Updated:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and social media platform updates to enhance creativity and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design skills.
  • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Ability to create engaging and shareable content tailored for each platform.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of current design trends and a creative mindset.
  • Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
