What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

-  Prospect & Hunt:  Identify and research potential B2B leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and industry events to build a robust pipeline.

-  Qualify & Engage:  Assess lead potential, nurture relationships, and deliver compelling product/service pitches tailored to client needs.

-  Close the Deal:  Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and secure new B2B contracts while ensuring a seamless handover to our delivery team.

-  Track & Optimize:  Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, analyze sales metrics, and provide weekly reports on pipeline progress and conversion rates.

-  Collaborate & Innovate:  Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies, share market insights, and contribute to process improvements.

-  Stay Ahead:  Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously enhance our B2B offerings.

What We're Looking For:

-  Education:  Bachelor's degree (any field) or minimum A-Levels.

-  Experience:  1-2 years in sales, business development, or customer acquisition (B2B preferred; fresh grads with strong hustle welcome to apply).

-  Skills:  Excellent communication (verbal & written), persuasive negotiation, CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce), and a results-driven mindset. Comfortable with tech tools and remote collaboration.

-  Availability:  Full-time commitment to our night shift:  6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT  (perfect for targeting global markets in the US/Europe).

-  Bonus Points:  Fluency in English; basic knowledge of sports industry is a plus.
