Position Overview:

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for leading creative design projects and ensuring high-quality visual communication across all Max Holding brands, including Neemopani, HelloSalam, Unity Tourism, 3SC Technologies, and others. The ideal candidate will bring strong creative vision, technical expertise, and brand understanding to deliver impactful designs that enhance Max Holding's corporate image and marketing campaigns.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to produce designs that align with marketing objectives, business goals, and the overall brand identity of Max Holding.

Key Responsibilities:Creative Design & Development

  • Conceptualize, design, and execute visually engaging graphics for digital, print, and branding materials.
  • Design marketing collateral, advertisements, brochures, social media posts, banners, and presentations.
  • Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all platforms and sub-companies.
  • Work on visual content for campaigns, events, and digital media aligned with business strategies.
  • Create and maintain design templates for corporate and subsidiary brands.

Strategic & Brand Alignment

  • Collaborate with the Creative Manager and Marketing team to interpret briefs and develop creative concepts.
  • Ensure that all designs meet brand guidelines, tone, and marketing goals.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas.
  • Understand target audiences and tailor visual communication accordingly.

Leadership & Mentorship

  • Supervise junior designers and provide constructive feedback on their work.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all design tasks with high quality and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for creative support and ensure smooth workflow.

Technical Expertise

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation will be an advantage.
  • Prepare print-ready files and digital artwork according to production specifications.
  • Manage design archives and maintain digital asset libraries.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in BBA (Marketing), Graphic Design, Media Arts, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 4–5 years of proven experience in a design or creative role (preferably in a corporate or agency environment).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, marketing design, and digital content.
