IT Technician

We are seeking an experienced IT Technician to provide on-demand support for laptop and desktop repairs, hardware troubleshooting, and Windows installation/configuration. This role is ideal for a technician who can work independently, diagnose issues quickly, and deliver reliable solutions on a flexible hourly schedule.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair laptop/PC hardware issues
• Replace components (SSD, RAM, keyboards, screens, etc.)
• Install, reinstall, and configure Windows OS
• Fix driver, boot, and performance problems
• Remove viruses/malware and perform system cleanups
• Handle basic data backup and recovery
• Provide on-site support as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience with PC/laptop repair
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and able to work on hourly basis
