The Role 

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Software Engineer

with a strong full-stack background in
Java, Spring, , and Go

. The ideal candidate is not only a master of code but also possesses a solid understanding of
AI pipelines and Large Language Models (LLMs)

. You will be a key player in designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated applications that leverage cutting-edge AI technologies. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Stack Development:

Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using
Java (Spring Boot)

for the back end,
Go

for performance-critical microservices, and

for the front end.
- System Architecture:

Lead the architectural design of complex systems, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and secure.
- AI Integration:

Collaborate with our data science team to integrate, deploy, and manage AI/ML pipelines. You will be instrumental in operationalizing machine learning models and interfacing with
LLMs

(like GPT, Claude, or open-source alternatives).
- Code Quality & Mentorship:

Champion best practices in software development, conduct thorough code reviews, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- CI/CD & DevOps:

Own the end-to-end development lifecycle by building and maintaining continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Haves:

  • Experience:

5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Java Expertise:

Deep proficiency in
Java

and the
Spring Framework

(especially Spring Boot).
- Go Proficiency:

Demonstrable experience building services or applications using
Go (Golang)

.
- Front-End Skills:

Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically

.
- AI/LLM Understanding:

A good conceptual and practical understanding of
AI/ML pipelines

, and hands-on experience integrating with
LLM APIs

(e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face).
- Databases:

Solid experience with both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- APIs:

Proven ability to design and consume RESTful APIs and an understanding of microservices architecture.
- Problem-Solving:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Cloud Experience:

Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- DevOps Tools:

Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Message Queues:

Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Educational Background:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
