About the Role

Berger Paints Pakistan Limited, one of the leading paint manufacturers in the country, is looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join the team as Relationship Officer / Senior Relationship Officer. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing and developing customer relationships, promoting company products, and supporting sales targets within the decorative paints segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and clients.
  • Support back selling activities to strengthen product placement and visibility.
  • Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify potential business opportunities in the assigned region.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers regarding orders, inquiries, and support needs.
  • Conduct market visits to gather insights on competitors, pricing trends, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales and customer service processes.

RequirementsEducation

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in back selling or customer relationship roles.
  • Experience in the decorative paints industry will be preferred.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
